Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Merry Bee Apothecary! We take great care in preparing your handcrafted goods, and we want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays via email.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping at checkout. Shipping times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at merrybeeapothecary@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
